We will always endeavour to repair your lift at your home, this is usually the case, but in some circumstances it might require being taken to our workshop for more involved repair.

If this is the case we will try to provide you with a temporary replacement until your lift is fully serviceable again.

If your stairlift was supplied by another lift company and you have a breakdown we may still be able to assist.

To ease any concerns you might have in the event of a problem we provide you with 24 hour support if your lift is within warranty or covered by our total care service plan.

1. Every stairlift we fit has a large, clear label with 24 hour contact telephone number to call in the event of a problem.

2. If your lift fails to work we will arrange to have an engineer with you the very same day.
